Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

1.1. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of:

cancellation of the event;

significant changes to the event schedule or venue. 

1.2. In the event of cancellation, all ticket holders shall be entitled to a full refund.

1.3. In the event of rescheduling to a different date, customers will be duly notified. Should a customer be unable to attend on the new date, a request for refund must be submitted within two (2) days of the rescheduling announcement.

1.4. In exceptional circumstances not covered above, customers may submit a refund request for consideration. Such requests are not guaranteed to be approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the event organizer. Refund requests must be submitted no later than seven (7) days after the original event date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

2. Rescheduled or Postponed Events

2.1. Where an event is rescheduled or postponed, the booking shall automatically be transferred to the new event date.

2.2. Customers unable to attend the rescheduled event may request a refund, provided such request is submitted within two (2) days of the notification of rescheduling.

3. Force Majeure

3.1. Refunds shall not be issued in respect of cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseeable events (“Force Majeure Events”).

4. Refund Procedure

4.1. To initiate a refund request, customers must submit a written request via email to [email protected], including the order number, event details, and the reason for the request.

4.2. Upon receipt and review of the request, customers shall be notified of the decision regarding the refund by email.

4.3. Where a refund is approved, the refund shall be processed within fourteen (14) days, and the reimbursed amount shall be returned to the original method of payment.

5. Delayed or Unconfirmed Refunds

5.1. If a refund has not been received within fourteen (14) days, the customer shall: verify the relevant bank account once more; contact the credit card issuer, as delays may occur before the refund is officially posted.
