Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except if the event is canceled or the date is changed.
Tickets are sent to the email address you provided during purchase, so please remember to also check your spam or junk folder. If you paid using Apple Pay or Google Pay, the tickets will be delivered to the email address linked to those accounts.
If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us at [email protected] and include the event name, your full name, and your order number.
If you can’t attend the event, you can securely sell or buy tickets through our partner platform, Ticketswap.com
If you’ve misplaced or forgotten an item during the event, please email [email protected] with a detailed description of the item. We will reach out to you only if your item has been found. If you don’t hear from us, unfortunately, it means we were unable to locate it. Lost items are kept for 14 days.
For most events, guests with a valid companion ID (ledsagerkort) are entitled to bring one companion free of charge. To arrange this, please email us in advance at [email protected]. You will still need to purchase your own accessibility ticket.
If you are a DJ interested in performing at our events, please send your portfolio, links to your music, and contact details to [email protected]. Our team will review your submission and get back to you if there’s a suitable opportunity.
