  • CAN I ENTER THE EVENT AT ANY TIME?

    You must arrive before the entry time indicated on your ticket. If you arrive later, a late fee of DKK 70 applies. However, if you have a ticket type marked 'Entry Any Time', you can enter freely without paying the late fee.

  • CAN I LEAVE THE EVENT AND COME BACK LATER?

    A “NO RE-ENTRY” policy applies at the event. If you leave the event and wish to return, a new ticket must be purchased.

  • WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?

    Yes, but keep in mind that tickets at the door are more expensive.

  • IS THERE A WARDROBE SERVICE?

    Yes, there is a wardrobe service available for a small fee. You can securely store your belongings and pick them up when you leave the event.

  • HOW CAN I PAY AT THE EVENT?

    We only accept card payments at the event.

  • IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

    Wear your brightest neon green and become part of the rhythm.

  • CAN I SMOKE ON THE PARTY GROUNDS?

    Smoking is allowed outside of the venue. Please be considerate of others and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

  • HOW CAN I REACH THE VENUE?

    BY BUS
    Bus 37 “Raffinaderivej” – 5 min walk from TAP1
    Bus 31 “Holmbladsgade” – 10 min walk from TAP1
    BY METRO
    M2 (towards Copenhagen Airport). Get off at Lergravsparken St. or Øresund St. – 20 min walk from TAP1.
    BY BIKE
    TAP1 is easy to reach by bike and there’s plenty of parking for bikes.

  • EVENT RULES

    Security reserves the right to refuse entry if necessary for the safety or quality of the event, or if the dress code is not respected. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
    According to Danish law, the possession or use of any illegal narcotic substances is strictly prohibited. Individuals found using drugs will be immediately removed from the event. Thank you for helping us ensure that the event is safe and enjoyable for everyone.
