  • ENTRY POLICY

    Security reserves the right to refuse or restrict entry where necessary to ensure the safety, order, or overall quality of the event. This includes situations where an attendee’s appearance or behavior may reasonably be considered inappropriate for the event setting. In such cases, admission may be denied without refund.

  • CAN I LEAVE THE EVENT AND COME BACK LATER?

    A “NO RE-ENTRY” policy applies at the event. If you leave the event and wish to return, a new ticket must be purchased.

  • CAN I ENTER THE EVENT AT ANY TIME?

    You must arrive before the entry time indicated on your ticket. If you arrive later, a late fee of DKK 80 applies. However, if you have a ticket type marked 'Entry Any Time', you can enter freely without paying the late fee.

  • WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR?

    Tickets at the door are subject to availability, but please note that they are more expensive. For sold-out shows, a 1-in-1-out policy applies when purchasing tickets at the door.

  • IS THERE A WARDROBE SERVICE?

    Yes, there is a wardrobe service available for a small fee. You can securely store your belongings and pick them up when you leave the event. The wardrobe is free of charge for table and balcony ticket holders, but you must show your wristband to the wardrobe staff in advance.

  • HOW CAN I PAY AT THE EVENT?

    We only accept card payments at the event.

  • IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

    There is no strict dress code — come as you are and express yourself! We encourage creative, comfortable, and rave-style outfits. Just make sure your clothing is appropriate for a party environment and safe to dance in.

  • PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO CONSENT

    By attending the events, you agree that photos and video recordings may be taken and used by the organizer for promotional and marketing purposes, including publication online and on social media.

  • CAN I SMOKE ON THE PARTY GROUNDS?

    Smoking is allowed outside of the venue. Please be considerate of others and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
