1. Company information
1.1. These trading terms are issued by:
GRAVITY ApS
Mekanikvej 18, 2. tv.
2605 Brøndby
Denmark
CVR: 43601636
Email: [email protected]
Website: gravitycph.dk
1.2. Enquiries are answered by email at [email protected], which is the fastest way to reach us and the address we answer from. We aim to reply within two working days.
2. Scope
2.1. These terms apply to every purchase of tickets and related products made on gravitycph.dk.
2.2. They apply alongside our Refunds policy and our Privacy policy. Where the Refunds policy speaks to a cancelled or rescheduled event, that policy governs.
2.3. To buy a ticket you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
3. Prices
3.1. All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and are the total payable at the point of purchase.
3.2. Ticket prices include Danish VAT (moms) at 25%. Any booking or service fee is shown separately before you confirm the order.
3.3. Tickets are sold in numbered releases. When a release sells out, the next release opens at its own price. The price you pay is the one displayed when your order is confirmed.
3.4. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Where an order is affected, we will contact you and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Payment
4.1. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout: payment cards – currently Visa and Mastercard – together with MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4.2. The amount is charged when the order is placed.
4.3. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.
5. Order and confirmation
5.1. Your order is an offer to buy. The agreement is concluded when we send the order confirmation to the email address you gave us.
5.2. If no confirmation arrives, check the address you entered and your spam folder before contacting us. Quote the order number where you have one.
5.3. We may decline or cancel an order where a ticket is listed in error, where stock is not available, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or breach of clause 8. Any amount already charged is refunded in full.
6. Delivery of tickets
6.1. Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address on the order, normally within minutes of purchase. Nothing is posted.
6.2. Each ticket carries a unique code that is scanned once. Keep it to yourself: whoever presents the code first is admitted, and we cannot admit a second holder of the same code.
7. Right of withdrawal
7.1. There is no 14-day right of withdrawal on these tickets. Danish law exempts leisure services supplied on a specified date from the ordinary right of withdrawal – see section 18(2)(12) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven). An event ticket is such a service.
7.2. This does not affect your rights where an event is cancelled or rescheduled, which are set out in our Refunds policy.
8. Admission
8.1. Our events are 18+. Valid photo identification is required at the door, and admission is refused without it. No refund is given where admission is refused for want of identification.
8.2. Where a ticket is sold for entry before a stated time, that time is the deadline for entry, not a guarantee of a queue-free arrival. Arriving after the stated time voids that ticket’s entry.
8.3. We may refuse or withdraw admission where a guest is intoxicated, behaves in a way that threatens others, or fails to follow venue or staff instructions. No refund is given in these circumstances.
8.4. Line-ups, set times and production details are announced in good faith and may change. A change of supporting artist or running order is not a cancellation and does not give rise to a refund.
9. Resale and transfer
9.1. Tickets are for personal use. Resale above face value, or resale in the course of business, is not permitted.
9.2. We may void a ticket we reasonably believe has been resold in breach of clause 9.1, without refund.
9.3. Where you can no longer attend, use the resale route we operate at gravitycph.dk/re-sale-tickets. Tickets bought outside our own channels or that route cannot be guaranteed and may be refused at the door.
10. Cancellation and changes
10.1. Where an event is cancelled or materially changed, our Refunds policy applies in full and sets out what you are entitled to and by when you must claim it.
10.2. Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the original purchase.
11. At the event
11.1. Photography and filming take place at our events for documentation and promotion. By attending you accept that you may appear in such material. Write to us if you wish to object to a specific image.
11.2. Venue rules on searches, prohibited items, cloakroom and capacity apply on the night and form part of the conditions of entry.
12. Liability
12.1. We are liable under the general rules of Danish law.
12.2. We are not liable for personal belongings brought to an event, nor for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including the force majeure events described in our Refunds policy.
12.3. Attend at your own risk with regard to sound levels and lighting effects. Our events use loud amplified sound and may use strobe lighting.
13. Personal data
13.1. We process personal data as described in our Privacy policy, which explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
14. Complaints
14.1. Please write to [email protected] first. Most matters are settled faster that way than through any formal route.
14.2. If we cannot agree, you may bring the complaint to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution: Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg – naevneneshus.dk.
15. Governing law
15.1. These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are heard by the ordinary Danish courts, which does not affect any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.
15.2. We may amend these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
